I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an in-person Reiki session, and it was so calming and relaxing. From the moment I stepped into the beautiful studio, I felt the calm energy and Zoe radiated warmth and kindness.

The experience was nothing like I expected and I could feel the energy flowing through my body in the sense of movements in my body I hadn’t felt before like air popping/moving which I believe is energy clearing / moving. I felt calmer and more balanced long after my session.

I was initially a little unsure about how effective Reiki could be from a distance, but this session completely exceeded my expectations. From the very start, I felt a deep sense of calm and connection, as if I was in the same room with Zoe. The energy was tangible, and I could feel energy sensations and see vibrant colours with my eyes closed throughout the session.
