What is Reiki Energy?
Reiki is a gentle, holistic practice that channels universal life force energy to encourage balance, deep relaxation, and overall wellbeing.
Originating from Japanese tradition, Reiki works through the practitioner’s hands, guiding energy to the client to ease stress, restore harmony, clear energetic blockages, and support the body’s natural ability to heal.
I have been a dedicated Reiki Practitioner since 2019, trained and qualified in both Reiki Level 1 and Level 2. During Reiki training, practitioners receive attunements—a process that not only teaches the history, principles, and techniques of Reiki, but also clears and refines the practitioner’s own energy. This allows us to become a clearer channel for Reiki, ensuring the energy flows with purity and intention.
During a Reiki session, you’ll remain fully clothed and comfortably lying down while I place my hands lightly on or just above your body. Many clients describe feeling warmth, tingling, or a deep sense of calm and timeless relaxation as the energy flows.
